Four Washington County VA People Face 15 Felony Drug Charges for Meth

1-23-2012: An out-of-jurisdiction felony drug arrest warrant has led to fifteen (15) felony drug charges being lodged against four (4) individuals in Washington County, VA. According to Washington County Sheriff Fred Newman, county sheriff's deputies were dispatched to a residence at 30164 Lee Highway, Meadowview, VA, to assist a Chilhowie police officer in executing a felony drug arrest warrant at that location.
The arrest warrant was served, the accused was arrested, and searched incidental to the arrest. A small quantity of methamphetamine was discovered on the subject.
A consent search of the residence and subsequent narcotics investigation uncovered precursors commonly used in the manufacture of methamphetamine. Three more individuals were arrested.
Timothy Lowery Wheeler, Jr., age 28 of 30164 Lee Highway, Meadowview, VA, was arrested and charged with the following:
1. Manufacturing methamphetamine;
2. Possession with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine;
3. Possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine; and
4. Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
He is, currently, being held in the Abingdon Facility of the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail on a $9,000 secured bond.
Samantha Elizabeth Wheeler, age 26, of 30164 Lee Highway, Meadowview, VA, was arrested and charged with the following:
1. Manufacturing methamphetamine;
2. Possession with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine;
3. Possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine; and
4. Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
She is currently being held in the Regional Jail on a $5,000 secured bond.
Erin Jane Wheeler, age 18, of 30164 Lee Highway, Meadowview, VA, was arrested and charged with the following:
1. Manufacturing methamphetamine;
2. Possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine; and
3. Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
She is being held in the Regional Jail on a $5,000 secured bond.
Dustin Michael Blevins, age 22, also of 30164 Lee Highway, Meadowview, VA, was arres and charged with the following:
1. Manufacturing methamphetamine;
2. Possession with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine;
3. Possession of precursors with the intent to manufacture methamphetamine; and
4. Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine.
Blevins is currently being held in the Regional Jail on a $6,000 secured bond.
