Johnson City Crime April 2013

On April 28, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Kyle White, w/m, 06/14/79, 1 Unaka Ct #5 Johnson City, TN 37604. The arrest is a result of an investigation where White is accused of stealing a SUV on 03/24/13 from the reported victim.

White is charged with Theft of Property over $1,000.00. He is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $10,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on April 30, 2013 at 1:30 PM.
On Monday, April 22nd, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 32 year old Susie Ann Danner of Elizabethton. Danner is charged with two counts of Shoplifting under $500.00 and two counts of Shoplifting over $500.00. The arrest stems from thefts that occurred at Mahoney's located at 830 Sunset Dr. and at Wal-Mart located at 3111 Browns Mill Rd. in Johnson City, Tennessee.

The theft at Wal-Mart occurred on October 31st, 2012. The thefts at Mahoney's occurred on November 21, 24, and 26th in 2012. Danner is currently being held in the Washington County Detention Center on a $12,000.00 bond and is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on Monday, April 22nd, 2013 at 1:30 pm.
On Monday, April 22nd , 2013, at approximately 9:00 pm, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested 21 year old Jason D. Peters of 1068 Ingleside Terrace in Johnson City. The arrest is the result of an investigation into an incident that occurred at that address when a three year old child was found unattended.

Mr. Peters was arrested for Child Abuse and Neglect (Non-violent) without incident and transported to the Washington County Detention Center where he will be held on a $1000.00 dollar bond. He is scheduled to appear in Washington County General Sessions Court on April 23rd, 2013, at 1:30 pm.
On April 8, 2013, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Bobby D. Fair, W/M, D.O.B 05/26/1955 of 617 E. Pine St. The arrest is the result of an investigation into an aggravated assault between Mr. Fair and three victims. The three victims had gone to Mr. Fair's residence to gather some belongings. While collecting the items that had been placed out in front of the residence, Mr. Fair came out and told the three that they needed to leave while pointing a hand-gun at them.

The three victims were able to leave the area unharmed. Two of the three victims are related to Mr. Fair. Bobby Fair was charged with two counts of Aggravated Assault (Domestic) and one count of Aggravated Assault. Mr. Fair is being held at the Washington County Detention Center in lieu of a $150,000 bond and is awaiting his arraignment on 4/8/2013 in Washington County General Sessions Court at 1:30pm in Jonesborough.
On 4/8/2013 at approximately 1948 hours, Officers of the Johnson City Police Department responded to 304 Delaware St. on a Burglary in process. Officers located two suspects inside the residence attempting to hide in the attic under the insulation. The suspects were taken into custody after a brief refusal by the suspects to exit the attic.

Brandon Rice, W/M, 28 years old, General Delivery, Johnson City, TN and Whitney Hixson, W/F, 24 years old, General Delivery, Johnson City, TN were both charged with Burglary and Resisting Arrest. Both suspects are being held on an $11,000 bond in the Washington County Detention Center pending arraignment on 4/9/2013 at 1:30 pm in Washington County Sessions Court.
On Wednesday April 3rd, 2013, officers of the Johnson City Police Department arrested Christopher B. Rowe, 30, of 1305 E. Holston Ave. in Johnson City. Mr. Rowe is charged with one count each of TCA (39-14-103) Theft over $500 and (39-16-502) False Reporting.

The arrest is the result of an investigation at 116 Tipton St. after the report of a Burglary. Mr. Rowe was transported to the Washington County Detention Center for processing and is now being held in lieu of a $10,000 bond with an arraignment set in Washington County General Sessions Court on April 03rd, 2013 at1:30 pm.
