Why All Illegal Aliens Must Be Deported

Update December 26, 2017. As the fight over legalizing DACA non-citizens and questions of crime, new information has come to light. For years the government at many levels has sought to suppress criminal data in illegal aliens and even legal immigrants. The Department of Justice released a new report December 17, 2017.

One major find was 95% of all non-citizens in Federal prison were illegal aliens. Making up over 20% to quote,

A total of 58,766 known or suspected aliens were in in DOJ custody at the end of FY 2017, including 39,455 persons in BOP custody and 19,311 in USMS custody. Of this total, 37,557 people had been confirmed by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) to be aliens (i.e., non-citizens and non-nationals), while 21,209 foreign-born people were still under investigation by ICE to determine alienage and/or removability.

Among the 37,557 confirmed aliens, 35,334 people (94 percent) were unlawfully present. These numbers include a 92 percent unlawful rate among 24,476 confirmed aliens in BOP custody and a 97 percent unlawful rate among 13,081 confirmed aliens in USMS custody.

Many claim illegal aliens in Federal custody are there over immigration violation, which is deceptive. Illegal aliens are a roaming crime wave with everything from identity theft and tax evasion to murder, drug offences, etc. See Fig. 1.

The Washington Times (September 21, 2016) that according to the National Academies of Science, Engineering, and Medicine that immigration in general cost almost $300 billion a year in taxpayer funded handouts and subsidies and depresses wages, according to some, by $500 billion. The benefits are heavily skewed towards the wealthy and the immigrants, and while it does boost the economy, it hurts most of the native born population.

My goal here is to convey factual information without political correctness censorship and lies put out by fake news newspapers. High levels of violent crime and poor academic outcome when combined with native born blacks (whom they displace from the workforce) is a social disaster.

Summary: My calculation shows 5.1% of the population is illegal. (11.7 million assuming this right out of 330 million.) Illegal aliens and Blacks (13% of the population) commit 64-67% of the murders. (Non-citizens 12-15%, Blacks 52%) Many states hide non-citizen crimes both for political reasons and fearing "retaliation" from the Federal government. This is part of their illegal "sanctuary" cities policies. Facts not emotion must drive immigration policy.

Deportation not Legalization

Amnesty for illegal aliens, most low-achieving Third World peasants or from backward or socialist cultures, would straddle society with staggering financial costs and the problem would be multi-generational. The National Academy of Science (NAS) shows the initial cost would be $1.29 trillion in welfare, jails, etc. averaging $15,000 per household. Most immigrants and illegal aliens simply don't pay enough in taxes, etc. to offset welfare and other costs. Their children overall do terrible in school dragging down the whole system.

To quote NAS report,

...illegal aliens are six times more likely to not have a high school diploma than U.S.-born citizens. Using NAS projections...to cover the immediate amnesty costs for 10 million illegal aliens the government would need to put $1.29 trillion in a high-yield account today to cover the estimated $3.6 trillion total cost to taxpayers over the next 75 years. The study also found no evidence that low-skilled immigrants generate large-scale positive economic results that benefit U.S. workers. However, the report did find that continuing to bring in low-skill immigrants does create more of a financial burden for taxpayers.

Also note immigrants, in particular Blacks, Hispanics, and even too many whites and some Asians, use far too much welfare and most never get off of it. This also runs closely with crime and other problems. (Fig. 1) Ability to stay off welfare regardless of origin should be a requirement for legal status.

For example here in Virginia and neighboring Tennessee illegal alien arrests are counted as white. What we are talking about are mainly Hispanics who are transferring their problematic native culture to our country. Of the 50 most violent cities in the world, 43 are in Latin America with 10 in Mexico.

Foxnews.com (Sep. 16, 2015) reports the illegal alien criminal problem as "frightening":

"There are approximately 2.1 million legal or illegal immigrants with criminal convictions living free or behind bars in the U.S., according to ICE's Secure Communities office. Each year, about 900,000 legal and illegal immigrants are arrested, and 700,000 are released from jail, prison, or probation. ICE estimates that there are more than 1.2 million criminal aliens at large in the U.S.

...an internal report compiled by the Texas Department of Public Safety and revealed its contents on his Pajamas Media blog. The report showed that between 2008 and 2014, non-citizens in Texas -- a group that includes illegal and legal immigrants -- committed 611,234 crimes, including nearly 3,000 homicides."

Not only should we deport illegal aliens, but include legal immigrant criminals as well. While this problem is largely Hispanic, growing numbers of Asians, Muslims, and those from the former Soviet Union and Eastern Europe are big problems. We must also reduce refugees.

We should have a 10-year probationary period for any immigrant or refugee where chronic welfare use or any criminal behavior is grounds for deportation. They have to prove they benefit America and assimilate to our culture including passing a comprehensive English and civics test within 7 years.

This runs closely with low academic achievement in these nations of origin, which is also being reproduced here. It's not just crime. Florida schools for example are swamped with low-achieving black and Hispanic students that has been an educational disaster with more than two-thirds being functional illiterates. To quote The New York Times June 10, 2012 when proper English, punctuation, and spelling were required on tests:

"The 2012 scores on the writing test - given to 4th, 8th and 10th graders — plummeted in all districts. Only 27 percent of Florida's fourth graders were rated proficient, compared with 81 percent the year before..."

The problem is so bad Virginia and Florida have adopted race-based educational standards for low-achieving non-Asian minorities, finally admitting they just can't keep up. (Huffington Post Aug 30, 2012) In the end they dropped the requirements in Florida from a 4 to 3 so the majority of failing minority students could pass the reading test.

The deceptive leftwing press hides certain facts in its reporting. The Los Angeles Times (Dec. 6, 2016) notes,

"Program for International Student Assessment, or PISA, tests, administered in 2015, U.S. scores stagnated in reading and science but dipped slightly in math from the previous 2012 results. PISA tests 15-year-old students in 72 countries and school systems. The Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development, or OECD, gives the two-hour test to try to measure whether students can apply what they've learned in school to real-world problems. About 540,000 students were tested worldwide, 5,700 in the U.S...

a higher percentage of America's students scored at the lowest levels and a lower percentage reached top levels compared with students in other industrialized OECD countries."

Again America is falling behind according to the LA Times and The New York Times in a similar article, but neither provided real information as to why - in fact they are hiding the reason. The OECD average (2015) for the US in science is 493, reading 493, and math 490. The US scored 25th. This is little changed from 2012 and I'll use that OECD average of 497 and the 2012 scores.

The real shocker is when scores are broken out by race: Asian Americans (548) exceeded high achieving (542) South Korea! White Americans including vast poor regions such as Appalachia and the rust belt that voted in over whelming numbers for Donald Trump (518) tied with Switzerland and beat Germany, New Zealand, and Australia! Mostly white Massachusetts (523) pulled even with Macao-China and beat Canada!

White and Asian Americans scored in top third, but blacks and Hispanics scored in the bottom third and dropping, dragging the whole national average down as they and illegal aliens pour into the school system. The 2012 OECD average of 497 finds the US overall 492 and Florida plunging to 481, while Hispanic Americans plunged to 465 just above Turkey. Blacks plunged even further to 434 just above Mexico and Costa Rica.

Note American Hispanic and black students did better than any Hispanic or African nation, but still lag far behind even poor whites. See High Scoring Poor Whites Shunned by Elite Colleges.

In fact no African, Latino, or Muslim nation scored even close to the upper half dominated totally by whites and advanced Asian countries. India stopped participating scoring down with sub-Saharan Africa. Turkey was the highest scoring Muslim country. The bottom third which includes American Hispanics and blacks also contain mostly violent and unstable countries with a number of a social, cultural, and political problems whose immigrants carry those problems into advanced nations.

High achieving Asian nations block most immigration even from neighboring low-achieving Asian countries.

Florida public schools in 2012-2013 are 23 percent black, 29 percent Hispanic, 2.6 percent Asian, and 42 percent white. The Hispanic population is exploding and will continue to drive down test scores.

Note that the China scores are somewhat dishonest as only certain regions take the test skipping its vast impoverished interior regions. Singapore scored near the top, while neighboring Malaysia and Indonesia scored at the bottom 15. Wealthy Muslim Qatar scored 2nd from the bottom, just above Peru. Mexico was 14th from the bottom out of 70 nations.

Besides removing as many illegal aliens as possible regardless of origin, we must reduce legal immigration to about 150,000 (historical norms) a year and limit that only to high achievers from the upper half of the OECD average, which excludes all Hispanic, Muslim, and African nations. Muslims and Chinese present additional security concerns due to religious violence and spying for the Chinese Communist state respectively.

America and the welfare of its citizens must come first.
