The Nazi Roots of Multiculturalism and the Self-Liquidation of Europe

This selection of articles will focus on the Muslim attacks in France in 2005. In 2010 the West is still in denial as more and more "homegrown" terrorists pose more and more of a threat. The political left believes they can use Muslims to help over throw the West hoping they can then step in and take over. Socialist theology predicts a "fall" of capitalism, which to their dismay keeps failing to happen. But Muslims are not stupid and we must question who really is using whom?

The origin of multiculturalism (a secular/leftist belief system) lies with two Nazis, Martin Heidegger and Paul de Man. National Socialism is also another leftist belief system. Their philosophy became the basis of Deconstructionism, an irrational belief system that rejects facts for feelings. The French philosopher Jacques Derrida (1930 - 2004) introduced the term, but he was influenced by Heidegger. Another definition for Deconstructionism from answers.com:

A philosophical movement and theory of literary criticism that questions traditional assumptions about certainty, identity, and truth; asserts that words can only refer to other words; and attempts to demonstrate how statements about any text subvert their own meanings: "In deconstruction, the critic claims there is no meaning to be found in the actual text, but only in the various, often mutually irreconcilable, 'virtual texts' constructed by readers in their search for meaning".

This is the mindless trash fed into the minds of so many of our educated ruling class in large universities. Another wonderful person that influenced Deconstructionism was Friedrich Nietzsche. "Nietzsche's singular philosophical approach was an important forerunner of deconstruction." (Wiki) Nietzsche was also a major (via his sister) influence on Nazism. Derrida and Nietzsche alike have been charged with nihilism. (Life is without objective meaning, purpose, or intrinsic value.) The Yale Alumni Magazine (November 10, 2009) reports:

The German philosopher's work - which provided the underpinnings of existentialism, postmodernism, and deconstructionism - reeks of another ism: Nazism.

So argues a book by French scholar Emmanuel Faye, newly published in English translation by the Yale University Press. Drawing on previously unavailable materials, Faye concludes that it's impossible to separate Heidegger's work - "hate speech," in the New York Times's characterization - from his personal views and allegiance to Hitler.

This referred to An Ethical Question: Does a Nazi Deserve a Place Among Philosophers? New York Times November 8, 2009. To quote that article,

For decades the German philosopher Martin Heidegger has been the subject of passionate debate. His critique of Western thought and technology has penetrated deeply into architecture, psychology and literary theory and inspired some of the most influential intellectual movements of the 20th century. Yet he was also a fervent Nazi.

Now a soon-to-be published book in English has revived the long-running debate about whether the man can be separated from his philosophy. Drawing on new evidence, the author, Emmanuel Faye, argues fascist and racist ideas are so woven into the fabric of Heidegger's theories that they no longer deserve to be called philosophy. As a result Mr. Faye declares, Heidegger's works and the many fields built on them need to be re-examined lest they spread sinister ideas as dangerous to modern thought as "the Nazi movement was to the physical existence of the exterminated peoples."

First published in France in 2005, the book, "Heidegger: The Introduction of Nazism Into Philosophy," calls on philosophy professors to treat Heidegger's writings like hate speech. Libraries, too, should stop classifying Heidegger's collected works (which have been sanitized and abridged by his family) as philosophy and instead include them under the history of Nazism...to prevent the careless spread of his most odious ideas, which Mr. Faye lists as the exaltation of the state over the individual, the impossibility of morality, anti-humanism and racial purity.

...left-wing intellectuals have more frequently been inspired by his ideas. Existentialism and postmodernism as well as attendant attacks on colonialism, atomic weapons, ecological ruin and universal notions of morality are all based on his critique of the Western cultural tradition and reason... ...American philosopher Richard Rorty, who once wrote in The New York Times, "You cannot read most of the important philosophers of recent times without taking Heidegger's thought into account." Mr. Rorty added, however, that "the smell of smoke from the crematories" will "linger on their pages."

Nazism like all left-wing pseudo-religions sought to destroy Western Judeo-Christian culture. Now the Deconstructionists are targeting all of Western culture for "deconstruction" and like the Nazis are obsessed with race. To quote the writer below, And what shapes those assumptions and emotions? Contemporary Deconstructionists conclude that they are shaped by collective social forces, by modern academia's holy trinity of "race, class, and gender."

According to The New York Times Heidegger joined the Nazi party in 1933 when he became rector of Freiburg University and oversaw the dismissal of all Jewish professors. After the war Heidegger was banned by a de-Nazification tribunal from teaching. Heidegger was a critic of modern technological society and of the Western philosophical tradition that gave rise to it. He argued that we must overcome this tradition and rethink the very nature of human existence or being. He would find much in common with modern environmentalism and its anti-human philosophy. Heidegger is also the father of modern moral relativism.

France should understand this more than anyone, but is so deluded by multiculturalism they can't see the forest for trees.

Multiculturalism and the Self-Liquidation of Europe

Nov. 9, 2005: On November 9, 1938, the Nazi government launched a vicious pogrom in which thousands of Jews were rounded up and sent to concentration camps, while bands of young Nazi thugs smashed the windows of Jewish homes and shops. Kristallnacht - the "Night of Broken Glass" - sent through the world a premonition of the dark and murderous future that lay ahead for Europe.

Over the past week and half, almost exactly 67 years later, another band of young thugs has taken to the streets in an orgy of brute violence, complete with racially and religiously motivated killings. But there is a strange difference.

Then, the violence was directed against a hated racial and religious minority, in the name of the native majority. Today, it is racial and religious immigrant minority that is initiating a terror campaign against the native majority.

Europe never learned the real lesson of the evils of Nazism. Rather than reject the deepest premises of the Nazis, they have inverted them into a new form, so that Europe no longer seeks to liquidate its racial minorities - but instead empowers those minorities to carry out the self-liquidation of Europe.

The standard view of Nazism is that the root of the Nazi atrocities was an excess of certainty and selfishness, which gave the Nazis the confidence to impose their interests by force. In reality, even a cursory examination of Nazi propaganda shows us the opposite.

Rather than advocating of rational certainty, the Nazis were dogmatic subjectivists - Hermann Goering famously declared that "two plus two makes five if the Fuhrer wills it" - which inspired their hatred of the mind and their worship of brute force. (An Italian Fascist would declare that "when I hear the word 'culture,' I release the safety catch on my revolver.")

And as for self-interest, the Nazis were thoroughgoing collectivists, who held that the interests of the individual must be ruthlessly sacrificed to the interests of the race. Hitler declared "Du bist nichts, dein Volk ist alles" - "you are nothing, your race is everything."

But what happens if you think - as do most academics and those in the mainstream political left - that certainty and selfishness were the fundamental vices of the Nazis? You will be ready to accept any of the real fundamentals of Nazism - so long as they are cast in a more skeptical, self-deprecating form.

That is precisely what Europe has done. The Europeans have accepted ideas that derive directly from Nazism - both in their philosophical fundamentals and in their historical pedigree - but in a more "politically correct" version.

The ideology of these altruist Nazis is Multiculturalism.

I got my first inklings of this some years ago, as a philosophy student, when I became aware of an academic controversy over revelations that two influential 20th-century philosophers - Martin Heidegger and Paul de Man - were Nazi sympathizers. Most of the controversy centered around whether this involvement with Nazism (Heidegger joined the Nazi Party, while de Man expressed sympathy for the Nazi cause) detracted from the value to be found in their philosophical work. But few comments addressed the philosophical similarity between Nazi ideology and the ideas of these two philosophers.

This is a crucial question, because Heidegger and de Man were two founders of the most influential contemporary school of philosophy, called "Deconstruction," which has provided the theoretical foundation for Multiculturalism.

In its essence, Deconstruction is an assault on reason in favor of the same dogmatic subjectivism held by the Nazis. It is the view that there is no such thing as objective truth, no way to prove anything by reference to facts and evidence. What, then, is the basis for any assertion about what is true or false, good or bad, right or wrong? All of these ideas are determined, not by objective facts, but by an inescapable web of irrational assumptions and subjective emotions. And what shapes those assumptions and emotions? Contemporary Deconstructionists conclude that they are shaped by collective social forces, by modern academia's holy trinity of "race, class, and gender."

So here we get the two essentials of Nazism: the rejection of reason and the mind in favor of the worship of brute emotion, and the elevation of the collective over the individual. What, then, distinguishes the ideas of the modern intellectuals from the philosophy of the Nazis? The addition of an altruist twist. The Nazis were certainly pro-self-sacrifice, because they advocated (and enforced) the sacrifice of the individual self to the collective aggrandizement of the race. But the modern intellectuals declare that they are even more altruistic because they want to sacrifice our own race to other races.

This is the essential meaning of Multiculturalism. The Multiculturalists accept the vicious Nazi assumption that an individual's ideas and values are determined by his race - but, they say, the cardinal sin is to be too racially self-assertive, that is, the worst thing you can do is to assert the universal truth or superiority of your own group's culture at the expense of the ideas and values of others. "All cultures are equal" is the Multiculturalist theory. In practice, this means that we must be ready to subordinate our own culture - the culture of Western civilization - in order to show our "respect" for the cultures of every other group on earth, from the Eskimos and Patagonians to the culture of, say, the North African Arabs.

The meaning of Multiculturalism becomes clearest when it confronts the religion of Islam.

The Muslims also denigrate reason, not in favor of personal emotion but in favor of an equally subjective faith; in Islam, two and two make five if Allah wills it. As for the relationship of Islam to other cultures, the Koran is very clear. People of other cultures are to be forcibly converted to Islam - under threat of death - except for a few whose existence may be tolerated so long as they accept the status of "dhimmi," second-class citizens who dutifully accept a whole series of restrictions lest they offend the sensibilities of Muslims.

Multiculturalism is a program for self-imposed dhimmitude. I have already pointed this out in stories I have written about the absurd lengths to which Western Multiculturalists are willing to go to expunge our own culture out of an obsequious respect for Muslim "sensibilities." The examples range from the trivial (removing a public sculpture of a pig in rural England, because Muslims consider the pig an "unclean" animal) to the ominous, such as Britain's proposed law making it a crime to criticize someone else's religion - essentially banning dissent against Islam.

But nowhere are the results more ominous than in France. The riots there are described as the product of France's failure to "assimilate" Muslim immigrants from North Africa, and various reasons are cited for this failure. But the most fundamental reason is that Europe has long ago lost any real interest in assimilating its immigrants. Indeed, it has rejected the very idea of assimilation. To induct others into European culture - why, that kind of cultural self-assertion would be just like the Nazis. Instead, Europe has gone out of its way to "accommodate" other cultures - by encouraging immigrants to live for decades sealed off in their own enclaves.

What touched off the recent riots, for example, was not a heavy-handed presence of the police and French authorities in Muslim neighborhoods. It was the fact that the police had, until recently, treated these areas as "no-go zones," left to be run by the Muslims themselves. It was the re-assertion of some degree of French control after years of Multiculturalist tolerance that set off the riots.

It is not just that French Muslims need to assimilate into French culture. It is that there has to be a self-confident culture for them to assimilate to. One cannot assimilate with self-annihilation.

In a nation like America, the acceptance of Multiculturalism leads to a kind of slow rot, as the distinctive ideas at the root our culture - the Enlightenment ideals of our Founding Fathers - slowly die from neglect. But such a nation can ride on its previous cultural momentum for generations, taking many years to collapses from within - and that gives us a long time to fight Multiculturalism before it is too late. A nation like France, which finds itself host to a large minority of religiously strident Muslim immigrants thoroughly untouched by Enlightenment intellectual and political traditions, will not be allowed the luxury of a death by slow rot. It must act much more quickly to save itself.

It is in the streets of the Parisian suburbs that one can now see the ultimate effects of Multiculturalism - and sense a premonition of the dark and murderous future that lays ahead for Europe.

Multiculturalism in Public Schools

In one of the most insane example is the Seattle Public Schools. They have deconstructed the very word racism to mean:

The systematic subordination of members of targeted racial groups who have relatively little social power in the United States (Blacks, Latino/as, Native Americans, and Asians), by the members of the agent racial group who have relatively more social power (Whites).

Those aspects of society that overtly and covertly attribute value and normality to white people and Whiteness, and devalue, stereotype, and label people of color as "other", different, less than, or render them invisible. Examples of these norms include defining white skin tones as nude or flesh colored, having a future time orientation, emphasizing individualism as opposed to a more collective ideology, defining one form of English as standard, and identifying only Whites as great writers or composers.

The Seattle Public Schools removed this racist trash after it got onto the local press and issued this defence in order " to bring communities together through open dialogue and honest reflection around what is meant by racism..." This is what multiculturalism is really about and they said it, not me. If I substituted Jews for whites Hitler would be right at home.

Finally it's not the fault of whites that the Progressives that operate the public school systems can't educate minority children.
