Five Arrested

Five Busted for Meth Lab Face 21 Felony Charges

A methamphetamine lab bust in Washington County, Virginia, has resulted in 21 felony charges being lodged against five individuals. According to Washington County Sheriff Fred Newman, in the early morning hours of February 14, 2013, a search warrant was executed at an apartment located in the 19000 block of Brumley Gap Road, Abingdon, VA. The search warrant turned up a small quantity of methamphetamine and components used in the manufacture of methamphetamine. Three, one-pot meth labs were discovered during the search.

Anthony Harless, age 35, of 37372 Widener Valley Road, Glade Spring, Virginia, was charged with three counts of manufacturing methamphetamine, one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine and possession of a Schedule I or II drug, believed to be methamphetamine. Harless is being held without bond in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon.

Bradley Wright, age 30, of 6085 Hayters Gap Road, Saltville, VA 24370, Virginia, was charged with three counts of manufacturing methamphetamine and one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Wright was released on a $10,000 secured bond.

William Eastridge, age 30, of 28651 Poor Valley Road, Saltville, VA, was charged with three counts of manufacturing methamphetamine and one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Eastridge was released on a $5,000 bond.

Tammy Eastridge, age 22, of 28651 Poor Valley Road, Saltville, VA, was charged with three counts of manufacturing methamphetamine and one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Eastridge was released on a $6,000 bond.

Amanda Walden, age 29, 6085 Hayters Gap Road, Saltville, VA, was charged with three counts of manufacturing methamphetamine and one count of conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine. Walden was released on a $5,000 bond.

This investigation was conducted by the Washington County Virginia Sheriff's Office, the Abingdon Police Department, the Virginia State Police and the Drug Enforcement Administration.
