Two arrested on eight felony drug charges in Abingdon

Two individuals have been arrested and charged with a total of eight felony drug charges as the result of a methamphetamine lab bust in Washington County, Virginia. According to Washington County Sheriff Fred Newman, the meth lab was located in Room 16 at the Deluxe Inn, 15598 Lee Highway, Bristol, VA. Along with the bust, a small quantity of methamphetamine was seized.

Paul Andrew Fulton, age 37, of Trout Road, Abingdon, VA, has been arrested and charged with the following:

1. Manufacturing methamphetamine;
2. Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine;
3. Possession of methamphetamine;
4. Possession of methamphetamine precursors.

Fulton was also charged with being a fugitive from justice. He is currently being held without bond in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon.

Jennifer Lynn Fulton, age 36, of Wyndale Road, Abingdon, VA, has been arrested and charged with the following:

1. Manufacturing methamphetamine;
2. Conspiracy to manufacture methamphetamine;
3. Possession of methamphetamine;
4. Possession of methamphetamine precursors.

She is currently being held in the Southwest Virginia Regional Jail in Abingdon a $3,000 secured bond.
